To activate your credit card, call: 1-888-691-8661.
For account questions or issues (card not working, etc.) during business hours, call the credit union first at 1-800-234-5354. If after hours, call CO-OP (our card provider) at 1-866-570-1238.
If card services needs to call to verify a transaction, they will call from: 1-866-518-0213.
If/when you sign up for card Smart Controls in online banking, you'll receive a text from the number: 59314.
