How do I add my email or phone number to Zelle?

Once you are logged into the Financial Plus Credit Union App or online dashboard, select "Send money with Zelle" and click the gear in the top right-hand corner, then select "manage payment profiles". From there you can add an email or phone number to be associated with your account. This is how people can search for you to send money. If you are having trouble sending money to a trusted person, double check you are using the right payment profile information.
