I've misplaced my card, what should I do?
If you have misplaced your card and think you might be able to find it, you can put your card in a "warm" status which temporarily blocks transactions until you turn your card back on. To do so, login to your online dashboard and navigate to card management at the bottom of the page and switch the card off by clicking on the slider, a notice will appear double checking you would like to lock the card. Confirmation will lock the card until found and manually turned back on.
If you do not find your card and would like to report it lost, navigate to the card management area and select report lost/stolen. A notice will appear double checking you would like to report the card lost, confirmation will lock the and report it lost.
