Transition to NEW Ingersoll Location

Des Moines, IA — Financial Plus Credit Union is excited to announce the upcoming relocation of our Ingersoll branch to a brand-new space, just down the street!

Our current location at 609 38th Street will close its doors on Friday, July 18. Over the next few days, our team will be hard at work transitioning to our new branch at 3800 Ingersoll Avenue, with the goal of welcoming members to the new space starting Friday, July 25.

As part of the move, please note that our ATM/ITM will be unavailable beginning Monday, July 21 at 8 a.m. through midday Tuesday, July 22. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time.

The new Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) at our 3800 Ingersoll location will bring enhanced convenience, including the ability to:

• Deposit cash and checks
• Make withdrawals and transfers
• Interact with a live teller for personalized assistance

During this short transition period (July 21–24), we encourage members to visit our other convenient branch locations or use online and mobile banking services for their financial needs.
