2018 Warren A. Morrow Memorial Scholarship

The Iowa Credit Union Foundation (ICUF) is excited to announce that the 2018 Warren A. Morrow Memorial Scholarship is now open. Fill out your application here.

High school seniors and post-high school students are encouraged to apply for the Warren A. Morrow Memorial Scholarship.

The Warren A. Morrow Scholarship includes two categories:

High school scholarships (4):

  • first-place of $1,500;
  • second place of $1,000;
  • third place of $750 and
  • fourth place of $500.

Post-high school scholarship category includes two $1,000 scholarships.

Eligibility

  • Entrants must have an account established in his or her own name and be a “member in good standing” at a credit union that is a member or associate member of the Iowa Credit Union League.
  • The high school scholarship is open to any high school senior with a projected graduation year of 2018.
  • The post-high school scholarship is open to any adult student who is entering or attending an accredited undergraduate, graduate or vocational program.
  • Only one entry per applicant. More than one entry will result in disqualification.

The Warren A. Morrow Scholarship closes on February 9, 2018. The winners will be notified by April, 2018.

The annual scholarship program honors the late Warren A. Morrow, the founder of Coopera and a visionary in the credit union Industry who dedicated his life and career to helping the underserved. He touched countless lives and believed deeply in helping the underserved receive dignified financial services.
